Both these cards were popular at my recent DoCrafts Demonstration at Trelawney GardenCentre in Barnstaple on Saturday 2nd Nov and at Endsleigh Garden & Leisure on Sunday 3rd Nov. Above card features the new XCut leaves dies which I absolutely love. I have used them in a Christmas card, but they will be useful all year round. Best of all they emboss whilst they cut, absolutely gorgeous. The other card is made using the new A4 butterfly embossing folder, another favourite. I used pearlescent card to really show off the embossing, and it certainly did!
This card was very quick and easy to make using CD roms. The main image is from the gorgeous Fizzy Moon Serif CD, can't remember which of the 3 CD's the image is from, sorry. I added my own words with the "insert text" and added some glittered ivy to the corners. These were cut from the Marieanne dies, really intricate and beautiful when cut in white and crystal glitter added. The background paper is from "Creative Crafting World" CD Perfect Papercrafting Companions. This is a double CD packed full of 75 different colours of backing papers to choose from which included dots and stripes, gingham and swirls, just stunning and so easy to match the colour to your project. I think there is a Christmas option, so I know this will be on my list to purchase, really useful to have in your Craft stash!
